Polypropylene PP mesh

Description:

- Polyester mesh: water-resistant, good performance against certain chemicals, acid and alkali cause little damage, higher melting point and resistant to higher temperatures, elastic, durable, best heat-resistant in synthetic fabric, mold resistance, not afraid of insect, cheaper than nylon mesh.

- Nylon mesh: highly abrasion-resistant among all types of fabrics, more elastic and durable, wear resistance, lightweight, temperature resistance, high tensile strength, resistance to acid and alkali。

- Nylon is more elastic than polyester mesh. The dyeing temperature is 100 degrees whereas polyester mesh has a 130-degree dyeing temperature, high temperature, and high pressure.

- Polypropylene mesh is chemical and has heat resistance at reasonable costs. Additives can be added to reach certain purposes, such as carbon black, that enhance UV-resistant.

- The density of polyester is 1.368 g/cm³, which is higher than the density of nylon 1.15 g/cm³. Polypropylene is the lowest among the three fabrics- 0.9 g/cm³.
